We ship via USPS Priority Mail® that normally takes 7-10 days for your order to get to you. Bulk and large shipments may take longer to arrive. We will keep you informed via email if this should occur. Free Shipping is available only to retail orders to the U.S.A. and not to international orders.

2- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we do ship to other countries from our main location in Oahu, Hawaii. See the shipping rates below. USPS 1st Class International shipping method does not include Insurance and is subject to our Return Policy addendum. Also, any USPS International shipping may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the country’s shipping process, customs and delivery assurance. The recipient of the international order is responsible for any taxes or duties charged from that country.

3- Can you expedite my shipping?
- Yes you can. The shipping options below are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed during a business day and before 12 pm Hawaii Time will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Overnight orders to the West Coast of the U.S.A. take 1 day and to the East Coast 2 days. If you place an Overnight order going to the East coast on a Thursday – the expected delivery day is Monday. In this case, please contact us immediately to see if Saturday delivery is available. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than the specified times. Bulk and large shipments may take longer to arrive. We will keep you informed via email if this should occur.

4- Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

5 -How long does it take for my order to arrive?
-For standard shipping to the U.S.A. – USPS - it takes 7-10 days. Expedited shipping takes 3-5 days. International shipping takes 1-2 weeks. Overnight orders take 1-2 business days and are processed with extra priority. If items are not available, you will be communicated immediately. If your item is back order and you would like to wait, it may take two to three weeks for manufacturing and shipping. Please feel free to contact us if you need your order for a specific date. 6- How do I track my order?
