HOW DO I ORDER?

At Shaka Time Hawaii, we know that buying anything online requires you to feel comfortable and secure with both the product and the process.

To make your on-line shopping experience a little less hassle free, we have provided you with step-by-step shopping instructions.

When you access the products page, you will see a series of small graphic images (called thumbnails) of the products. For more information you can click on the graphic image, or on the description to view the "Details" page, which contains a larger image along with additional information. Here you can click select your size, color and quantity and press the button "Add To Basket" to add to your shopping basket. You can continue shopping and adding more items to your shopping basket. When you are done shopping, click the link "Check Out" to pay for your items.

Please check to make sure you selected the correct size, color and quantity of the items you are purchasing. If you need to make any changes, click on the link "Shopping Basket". Here you can make any changes to the items on your order.

Follow the next 5 easy steps to finishing processing your order.

1. Click the button or link "Check Out".
2. Enter your billing information, and shipping information if different. Please make sure to provide a correct email address so we can email you a receipt. Click the button continue.
3. Here you can select the type of payment at the bottom of the page. We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal. Select your shipping method. Click continue.
4. Check that the information is correct; if you neet to make any changes, press the button on your browser "Back" or enter at the bottom of the page your credit card number, expiration date, the security code (the last 3 or 4 digits on the back of your credit card) and click the button continue.
5. Check the information on your Sales Receipt. If you need to make any changes, please email us the information so we can make the necessary corrections. We suggest you print a copy for your records.

Within a few minutes you should be receiving an email confirmation with a copy of your purchase receipt via email. If you don't, please contact us via email so we can get the correct email address where we can sent you your receipt.

If you have any questions about your order, please provide your order number so we can expedite the process.

For orders within the United States, except Hawaii, or to countries outside the United States, there are no taxes added. For orders being shipped outside of the United States, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
