RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Retuning and Exchanging Online Purchases
Enclosed with every order you will find a Sales Receipt along with the shipping label. Package your exchange or return securely and make sure to include a copy of the original receipt. For exchanges, please process another order online with the correct item(s) and write on the original Sales Receipt the new order number. This will expedite the process of getting your correct merchandise. Your account will be credited once the exchanged merchandize is received.
Exchange Policy
may be exchanged within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise, accompanied by sales receipt, and in sellable condition.

Any difference in pricing including shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Item(s) must be returned in good and sellable conditions. Merchandise that has been noticeably worn, damaged or altered will not be exchanged. Merchandise that is not in sellable condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense. To expedite the exchange of your merchandise you may process another order online with the correct item(s). Your account will be credited once the exchanged merchandize is received.
Return Policy
We are glad to accept returns and to refund you the full purchase price less 15% restocking fee. The refund amount will be credited back to the original type of payment. Returns must be sent back within seven (7) days for Hawaiian apparel, gifts and accessories or thirty (30) days for The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Item(s) must be returned in good and sellable conditions. Merchandise can NOT be returned if they are noticeably worn, damaged or altered. Merchandize that are not in sellable condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Please send a copy of your sales receipt describing the reason for the return along with the returned items. Special orders are not refundable. If you receive defective merchandize, please contact Customer Service so we can assist you immediately.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on:Wholesale, Bulk Orders, Discounted items, Special Orders, Tanning Oils, Hawaiian Gifts, made-to-order Hawaiian Jewelry that includes engraving and special customized requests.
Returned Checks: A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for any insufficient funds returned checks.

Our selected carriers DO NOT make phone calls to customers before delivering and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Please note that Shaka Time Inc. and family of Websites are not responsible for the following:
Address Correction: A fee of $10.00 is charged for address corrections to US orders and $50.00 to international orders. This applies when the incorrect shipping address was provided and the order was shipped or if the Sender or Recipient makes changes directly with any of our selected carriers.
Delivery Acceptance: The customer is responsible to pay for all shipping charges if customer refuses to accept delivery from any of our selected carriers without notifying in writing to Shaka Time Inc. of the cancellation prior to shipping.
Issue of Credits or Refunds: Once the merchandise is received, a credit or refund is processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
