The creation of aloha Hawaiian wear starts with the fabric design and pattern. Once the idea of the design is conceived, it goes to drawing and digitizing into fabric material (cotton or rayon) to create a sample. This process takes between 1-3 months until the approval and creation of the final fabric material. The fabric is then cut into the different patterns for sewing. The different garment patterns (in bundles) are sown to make the Hawaiian shirts, Hawaiian dresses and tropical kids clothing. Finally, each created garment is ironed and hanged at our warehouse. Special request for groups and corporate factions with available fabrics take 10-14 days to be ready. We ship all over the world from Hawaii.
