A. Because we are located in Honolulu, shipping to Hawaii's addresses (all islands) will take 1-2 days using Standard shipping. Please click SHIPPING to see this page.Q. How are the spandex masks antibacterial?
A.Our PE (Neoprene) and Spandex masks are anti-bacterial because the fabric our sewing factory purchased was treated with anti-bacterial compound. The fabric was then tested for two key anti-bacterial factors; 1) Staphylococcus, and 2) Klebsiella pneumonaie. Both tests resulted showed more than 99% bacteriostatic reduction.Q. How do I update or remove a product from my shopping cart?
A. On the shopping cart, see all the products you are buying. Under the Quantity column, you will see the amount, the UPDATE button and REMOVE link. To UPDATE, change the quantity and click UPDATE. To REMOVE, click the link REMOVE. In order to update or remove any product, you must go to VIEW CART. See image below.

A. Yes, we make our Hawaiian clothing here in Honolulu, Hawaii with just a few exceptions like silk fabric items and other clothes that say imported on the description.Q. How do I know what size I need?
A. Our Size Chart is available on each product on the Help menu at the top or bottom of the website. Every size chart will give you the measurements that we take from the clothes (we did not measure them on a person) in inches. If your measurements fall in between sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size. If you need further help, you can call us weekdays from 8am to 4pm Hawaiian Time and we will be glad to help you.Q. What do I do if my coupon does not work?
A. Place your order worry-free, we will take care of it. If the coupon is valid (qualifying price, expiration date, correct product, etc.) we will honor it and update your order. You can search by the colors your need for your family event, luau party, and more.
The results of your color search will give you all the products available with that color (in this case in the image, the blue color). You can also change the quantity of products you can see per page starting from 12 up.
