Price Matching
If you find a lower price on an identical brand and model number currently available for sale at another online competitor’s store, Shakatime will match that price. Just email us the competitor’s link of the identical product at the time of the sale, or within 7 days after, your purchase. An identical item refers to an item that is the same brand, style, color, quantity, size, model number, weight, etc. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s advertised price, item specifications, and availability.

Price matching only applies to items that are available and on stock from the other company.

Price Protection
Do your shopping always with confidence at shakatime.com. If an item you have purchased from Shakatime Hawaii goes on sale for a lower price within 7 days of your purchase, Shakatime will refund the difference. All Price Match rules and exclusions apply. To claim a Price Protection adjustment, contact us with your original Shakatime receipt information. You will be given a refund for the difference of the original selling price and the current advertised/reduced price. Clearance merchandise, conditional Online Only Special Offers and shipping fees do not qualify for Price Protection adjustments.

Exclusions
Shakatime will not price match competitor's items that are limited in quantity, offered for sale for less than 6 hours during a day. Shakatime will not price match items offered for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, bonus or free offers, special offers, online-only offers, bundled offers, rebates, any special financing offers, coupons, protection agreements, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise. Shakatime will not price match services (including, but not limited to, shipping, delivery, alterations, and assembly). Shakatime will not match typographical errors or competitor's prices that result from a price match.
