For urgent needs, expedited shipping options for 1 to 2-day rush U.S. orders are available at checkout. We process orders within one business day and promptly ship them from our headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Deliveries to Hawaii addresses take 1-2 processing and 1-2 business days Standard Delivery.
Other shipping fees are based on the order quantity and the package's weight.
Expedited shipping is only available to physical addresses and not PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order
We utilize USPS, FedEx, GlobalPost, and other reliable shipping services for order delivery. Upon shipment, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. Simply click the appropriate icon below to track your package. Please note that tracking information typically updates within one or two days after shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
365-Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 365 days (1 full year) of purchase.
All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
RETURNS
You have up to 365 days to return eligible items for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items must meet all return-condition requirements listed above.
EXCHANGES
There is NO restocking fee for exchanges.
You may place a new order online and return the original item for credit, or complete the exchange form located on the back of your packing slip.
Standard re-shipping is FREE for exchanges.
If you exchange an item for one of lesser value, the price difference will be issued as store credit for use on a future purchase.
HOW TO START A U.S. RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To start a U.S. domestic return or exchange, click the Request Return button within your order information.
A flat $9.95 return handling fee will be collected to cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns should be sent to our warehouse in Honolulu, Hawaii, according to the instructions provided with your return request.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following items are not returnable:
- Wholesale purchases
- Bulk or special orders
- Fabric orders
- Unpackaged items
- Made-to-order or customized items, including embroidery, engraving, or other special customization
- Closeout and final-sale items
Unauthorized returns, items received more than 365 days after purchase, or merchandise that does not meet our return requirements will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to be processed according to our return or exchange policy.
To start a U.S. Domestic return or exchange, click the Request Return button to access your account. There is a flat handling fee of $9.95 to cover the shipping cost. Allow 24 hours for an email with a shipping label.
While we cannot provide international return labels, you are welcome to use any postal carrier for your return shipment. Please contact our customer service team before sending your return.
